RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way of getting automatic updates from any website with an RSS feed direct to your desktop.
To do this you will need a news reader or other similar device. In the Centro-PTA media office we use Newspoint which can be downloaded free of charge from the Guardian website.
Alternatively, BBC News offers RSS for many of its news pages and recommends a number of readers - click here for details.
Centro News Online RSS will send an update to your news readers whenever a news release on this site is added or updates. Click the orange button to get the link. In most cases you will then need to copy and paste the URL into your reader. You only need to do this once.
One-click subscriptions
If you use one of the following web-based News Readers, click on the appropriate button to subscribe to the RSS feed.
