The Centro Media Office is staffed during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Outside these times your call will be diverted to the mobile or home number of someone who can help you.

We aim to respond to media enquiries as fully and as quickly as possible.

The main Centro switchboard number is 0121 200 2787.

Remember, Centro does not run trains, buses or trams (click here for what we do).  So members of the public may be better to contact the operator or visit Centro's public website.
