Agreement between Centro and Dudley Council on respective roles in delivering Midland Metro extension.  The agreement will be signed for Dudley by Cllr David Caunt (Leader) and Cllr Angus Adams (Cabinet member for transport), and for the PTA/Centro by Cllr Roger Horton (Lead member for Metro) and Cllr Gary Clarke (PTA Chairman)
