Transport Select Committee inquiry into light rail

In January 2005 the Transport Committee called for evidence on Integrated Transport: the future of Light Rail and Modern Trams in Britain.



Subject to confirmation, the witnesses will be as follows:

at 3.40 pm      AEA Technology Rail

at 4.00 pm      Tramtrack Croydon Ltd

                Transport for London

                Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City Councils

                Merseytravel

At 5.00 pm      Department for Transport   Mr Tony McNulty MP, Minister of State

The Committee intends to take further evidence as part of this inquiry. Details will be announced in due course.
