The Centro Media Office is staffed during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Outside these times your call will be diverted to the mobile or home number of someone who can help you.

We aim to respond to media enquiries as fully and as quickly as possible.

If you are a member of the public seeking information about public transport in the West Midlands, or would like Centro to investigate the performance of a transport operator for you, please contact Customer Relations.

Remember, Centro-PTA does not run trains, buses or trams (click here for what we do).  So members of the public may be better to contact the operator or visit Centro's public website.
