How to apply for a new national concessionary travel pass:

• Once you receive your application form check that your personal details are correct and update the right hand column with any information that is missing or has changed.
• Attach a passport-style photograph to the self adhesive patch on the form.
• The photo needs to be in colour, recent and taken against a white background. You need to be facing forwards looking straight into the camera with nothing, such as a hat, hood or scarf, obscuring the face.
• Sign the application form and post it back in the pre-paid envelope by September 30.
• Senior citizen pass holders who don’t receive a form by September 30 should phone the Centro-WMPTA ticketing team on 0121 214 7799.
• Those aged 60 or over who do not currently hold a pass but want one can pick up an application form at any main post office, Birmingham city council neighbourhood office or one of these ‘Check and Send’ outlets:
